Salmon Burgers

  • 1 1/2 c bread crumbs
  • "1 large can pink salmon, boned and skinned"
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 2 T oil

"Into large bowl, mix bread crumbs, salmon, eggs, salt and pepper. Mix well and shape into patties. Brown in hot oil, turning once. Serve with lettuce and mayo on hamburger buns."
