White Chocolate Party Mix

• 1 pkg. (10 oz.) mini pretzels
• 5 cups Cheerios
• 5 cups Corn Chex
• 2 cups salted peanuts
• 1 pound M&Ms
• 2 pkgs (10-12 oz) vanilla chips
• 3 T vegetable oil

"In a large (HUGE) bowl, combine pretzels, Cheerios, Corn Chex, peanuts and M&Ms. Microwave chips and oil on med-high for 2 minutes, stirring once. Microwave on high for 10 seconds, stir until smooth. Pour over cereal mixture and mix well. Spread onto 3 waxed paper-lined cookie sheets. Cool. Break apart. Store in an airtight container."
